Information Collection and Use

SanversUnited does not use personal information provided for marketing purposes.

SanversUnited does not sell or share information for commercial solicitation or political purposes. SanversUnited does not currently have any affiliates.

Deleting personal information

We will make a sincere effort respond to your request in a timely manner. Deletion of data may result in loss of services which are dependent on that information. We will also retain your personal data when it is needed to comply with legal obligations, disputes, or agreements.

SanversUnited will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. While we strive to protect personal information as best as possible, the absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
